美麗星期天 X 紅景天| BeautifulSunday X Rhodiola Rosea

紅景天是景天科多年生灌木植物，生長在海拔880-2500米的野生植物。紅景天有很多不同的功效，其中最為人認同和使用的一定是抗高原反應。一般建議在出發至高原地區前一星期開始服用。所以我亦在這個有着踏入香港秋天的天氣的星期天，開始服食紅景天，以準備我下週未到西藏拉薩之行。

Rhodiola Rosea, a Crassulaceae perennial shrubs, grown in altitude of 800 ~ 2500m. Among all the effects of Rhodiola Rosea, against Altitude Sickness is the most recognized and used. Usually, people are asked to start taking Rhodiola Rosea one week before they go to high altitude locations. That's why, under this beautiful climate of Autumn in Hong Kong, I started to take Rhodiola Rosea in order to prepare my trip to Lhasa, Tibet next weekend.
