In the past, I wrote a post about the crunchy rice candy. Now I want to share another two traditional snacks with you，which are called Doufu Nao and Ka Bing .
Doufu Nao is just beancurd soup. Each place has different practices and tastes .The North is salty, while the south is rather sweet. Similarly, in Sichuan, there is a unique spicy flavor. The first I'll introduce the Leshan bean curd soup to you .
豆腐脑是种很传统的小吃，相信很多地方都有，每个地方的做法不同，口味也是千差万别，北方豆腐脑以咸味为主，南方则是偏甜。同样，在四川，无辣不欢的巴蜀人也是将这种特色在豆腐脑上发挥的淋漓尽致。今天我就我们乐山的豆腐脑来向大家介绍。😋😋
Friends who have been to Leshan may find that there are many stores like that in the street. People here are much more enthusiastic about bean curd soupthan any other cities. No matter what time it is,you can eat a bowl of beancurd soup.
来过乐山的朋友可能会发现，大街小巷，都很轻易看到豆腐脑店的身影。乐山人对豆腐脑的热情远比周围其他城市更甚。早上醒来来一碗，中午晚上不想煮饭来一碗，晚上过完夜生活再来一碗，反正怎么都吃不腻。
Leshan beancurd soup has a lot of ingredients, such as pepper, peanut, peas, beef and pork. The taste is very unique.
乐山豆腐脑好吃在于其配料的丰富，除了最基本的酱油、辣椒、花椒以外，还会在里面配上提前油炸好的酥肉、豌豆和花生，再倒上香喷喷的蒸牛肉和蒸肥肠，口感非常独特。
After ordering the beancurd soup,don't forget have a Kabing. It just like the hamburger. After eating ,you will feel the life perfect. If you have the interests to them, you can make it at home . In the future ,I will introduce the cooking steps in detail .
点好豆腐脑，一定要记得配上一个卡饼，这是乐山正宗吃法。卡饼是乐山人的叫法，有点类似北方的肉夹馍。其实就是一般烤好的白饼，再在饼里加上粉蒸牛肉、大头菜。一碗豆腐脑，一个牛肉卡饼，吃完之后感觉人生都圆满啦！
豆腐脑和卡饼做法都不难，如果有兴致，自己在家都可以做。今后如果有机会，我会再详细跟大家介绍做法。（当然啦，肯定不是我做啦～）🙈🙈

1、东门豆腐脑🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
地图上都能搜到，是一家老店，店铺很普通，但是生意很火爆，全天24小时营业。还有很特别的蛋冲豆腐脑，不爱吃鸡蛋，所以没尝试过，不好评价。上面的食物正是在这家店拍的，这家在我的名单中排第一。有兴趣可以来尝试下！

2、苏稽桥头豆腐脑
很好找，做法跟峨眉豆腐脑一样，只是这家会再加粉条进去，也非常好吃。

3、乐山九九豆腐脑
在乐山有很多家分店，我吃过的是在乐山新村这家总店，开了很多年，味道跟前面的有些区别，会在豆腐脑中加红烧牛肉的汤汁，味道要更重些，不过也是很不错的。
