*Plum Island Light
This wooden lighthouse, Built in 1898, stands 35 ft tall. It has a Fourth-order Fresnel lens from the original light on the north of the island, still in use, today. For those who are boaters or navigators, the Light is occulting green; two eclipses every 15 seconds.
