ICON Signed An MOU With Smilegate Stove To Build The Next Generation Game Platform
On February 06, 2018, ICON announced that they signed an MOU with Smilegate Stove.
ICON is a project aiming to build one of the largest decentralized networks in the world.
Smilegate Stove is the game platform arm of Smilegate which is known globally by its successful first-person shooter game 'Crossfire'.
The two will collaborate in building the next generation game platform aiming to create a new paradigm for the game ecosystem where boundaries between the creators and the users are eliminated.
Smilegate Stove believes that this can be achieved by developing a decentralized platform through the blockchain technology.
In this way, guaranteed clear rights are given to creators for their contents and unlimited access are provided to users at sharing their contents.
This project will definitely be a huge opportunity for the game industry and the Blockchain technology.
