Goldman Sachs' CEO Lloyd Blankfein Is Open To Adopting Bitcoin

Even though he is not yet comfortable with Bitcoin, Goldman Sachs' executive Lloyd Blankfein understands the potentiality of the digital currency to be the next evolution of money.

He compared his level of discomfort to Bitcoin with his skepticism when he first encountered cell phone in an interview with Bloomberg.

However, he learned through the years, there are many things that work out pretty well that he don't love.

He does not have Bitcoin investments but he against it and so he is open to it.


Iran To implement A New Infrastructure For Bitcoin

With Iran's current suffering from international sanctions that affect some of its economic sectors, the government has come up with a way go around which is through the implementation of Bitcoin as the main form of online payment.

Several sanctions they are currently experiencing are energy, finance and shipping industry.

Citizens are also prohibited to use online payment platforms such as Paypal, Braintree and Venmo.

With Bitcoin, people of Iran can now easily bypass these eonomic sanctions and perform international trades.
