These dates are sold at my local health food store and I love them.
This containers costs $5 and it is worth it. I use the dates in oatmeal, and on salad. But the best way is by freezing them and eating them one by one! You cannot believe how good they are that way.
These are a special treat because they are kind of expensive and I do eat them quickly. They are also high sugar, but I don’t eat too much sugar or sugary food otherwise. Dates have excellent health benefits otherwise.
I am most interested in the anti-inflammatory properties and so I eat dates when I can.
