I think everyone likes eating soup , especially me. I enjoy eating all kinds of soup . At the weekend , I went to the WAL-Mart supermarket and saw the fresh beef , the seller recommended it to me , it was cheaper than before as well. I bought about half a kilo of beef and then bought some mushroom and coriander, I wanted to cook stewed beef soup. Is it a very happy thing to eat a bowl of beef soup on such a cold day ? Ingredients:

Beef 250g

Mushrooms

Coriander

Onion ginger

Aniseed

Cooking wine

Jujube

Salt

Methods :

Beef about 250g or so , cut into small pieces. Scalded with boiling water, remove the blood.

周末去沃尔玛超市,看到新到牛肉特别新鲜,服务员还说打折促销,牛脑肉26一斤,这么好的牛肉怎么能错过呢?于是便买了大约一斤的牛肉。顺便又买了点香菇,香菜,这样我就可以做清炖牛肉汤了。这几天一直降温,在这么寒冷的天,喝上一碗自己做的牛肉汤,那是不是很幸福的一件事? 哈哈, 现在就让我和大家一起分享我这个清炖牛脑肉菌汤吧!

材料:

牛肉 250g
香菇
香菜
葱姜
大料
料酒
大枣

做法:

把牛肉用半斤左右,切成小块。开水烫一下,去掉血水。

香菇洗净,也烫一下。葱切成段,姜切成片,用的材料都准备好。

把牛肉放到电炖盅里,放上凉水,没过牛肉,放上料酒,葱段,姜片,料酒,大枣。盖上盖子,炖大约2个小时的时候,放入香菇,快好的时候,也可以放点枸杞子。3个小时的时候, 牛肉彻底烂了。盛在小碗里,放入香菜末。

吃的时候,可以放点胡椒粉,一句个人口味,可以添加其他的调料,胡椒粉,陈醋等等。

这碗菌汤,操作简单,口味清淡,营养丰富,喝上一碗, 从头暖到脚,喜欢吃牛肉的亲们就去试试吧,味道不错哦!
