I was thinking about whether I should introduce this restaurant to Hong Kong people or not. Since I am afraid that it is getting much more popular…Normally, guest can only get in by reserving seat by phone. But sometimes there is a 1 seat vacancy referring to food report on the net. On that day, I walked nearby Shibuya and thought of it, so I took a look..
細細聲 share 你知,這間炸蝦專門店⋯好!好!!食!!!這天我經過渋谷打開自己的美食地圖找美食,發現這食店一直在我的 list 內,但仍然待吃!因為據說沒有電話預約的話很難 walk in 食,不過那天心血來潮不理了!抱著一試到食店前看看⋯
It was evening before the restaurant opened. It showed that the reservation was full, but it accepts one walkin guest, not for two, not for three. I asked the staff and it was ok! Lucky!
黃昏開店前,到食店門前,寫著當日預約已經滿了,walk in 只接受單人位!好啊!剛好食店 staff 準備為招牌亮燈,問她一位可以嗎?她說下去(餐廳在下層)查看預約表請等一等。
等候期間一直看到一些相信事前預約了的食客到下層食店;也看到一些 walk in 客下去後碰壁離開。
The restaurant is downstair at basement which is as small as no more than 15 seats. Guests were sitting around the open kitchen and chef. Although the shrimp was fried by oil, the restaurant was very clean.
十多分鐘後,Staff 上來說有位!yeah!到下層食店,面積細小,不多於十個單人位圍著料理人。設計時尚,環境清潔,即使是油炸吉列大蝦作主打,一丁點油煙味也沒有。
After taking the seat, the chef introduced the menu to guests one by one. The restaurant had six level of shrimps and prices depending on the size and quality of shrimp. The price ranged from 1900 Yen to 4500 Yen. And on that day, there were three choices. Well, I always aims to eat wisely at high CP with low price. Hence, let’s see the 1900 Yen one?
安排座位後,料理人從第一個客人開始逐一介紹是晚的餐單,食店會按當日食材編制菜單,大蝦分六級,以五千多円的「楡」為最上級,其次「重明」「渚」「香」「京」「琥珀」「塙」,由一千九百円至四千多円不等。今天菜式選擇有三款,「香」「京」和「塙」,分別是四五六級,算是食店較次級數的蝦,但是!!!已經很強!
The orange shrimp was served first. This soup was full of intense shrimp taste, delicious!
先來了一杯橙色的湯,蝦香撲鼻,咕嚕的喝下,特濃郁的味道,很好喝的蝦湯!
And the chef started cooking the shrimps. Oh my god…the shrimps were so huge! Although I was not sure which guest ordered…he firstly held the shrimp “flying” on the oil and touched the oil few times. Then the whole shrimp was drawn into the oil.
看著料理人拿起大蝦,真是又大又長的蝦,雖然不知道是那一個 set,但是 size 很長大。他先給大蝦弄好麵包糠和蛋醬,然後給大蝦蝦腳「搖搖籃」的觸碰熱油面,這是我第一次看到有料理人這樣處理炸蝦,然後才把大蝦在扑碌扑碌的油內炸著。
Two pieces of big shrimp were served! I was so exitied that the shrimp color were beautiful and were huge. The shrimp meat were strong and the fried surface was crispy! I liked it a lot!
兩隻大蝦上碟,未吃已經先興奮!大蝦約九寸長,橙色的炸層顏色好美!先切蝦頭,發現蝦膏有不少!再切蝦身,咬下⋯肉質結實炸層爽脆!我真的想吃「味吉陽一味皇」的那句好好味!!!
I poured some tartar sauce and lemon juice on it, it tasted even better! I love this restaurant!!!!
以他他醬和檸檬汁作配,味道也更加提升!再把蝦頭內的蝦膏連肉放進口內⋯味皇又要再出場大叫好好味了!
