You don't need to be in Japan to use the server, of course. I'm hoping this will be a nice little hub of real time chat, Voluntaryist news, and updates. It will also serve as a quick means by which to contact others who are members of the CON Network, the international grassroots network of Voluntaryist noisemakers. The purpose of this group is to help protect, support, and defend one another when the state decides to violate one of our members.
