早餐 Breakfast

As yesterday said, I need to replenish some protein, knowing this wasn't the right way, may become dirty bulk. But, still do it for the taste

昨天有提起,我需要进补一些蛋白质。虽然知道这样吃不行,不过没办法,这是为了味觉。

午餐 Lunch

Missed my lunch photo again. 2 pieces of chappati and a teh tarik. About 400cal
今天中午又忘记拍照骗。两篇印度煎饼和拉茶。大概400卡

运动 The workout

Due to overly stressed myself on yesterday's plank, today doesn't feel too well with my muscles. No heavy workout other than light stretching. But still sweat a puddle in 5 minutes.
由于昨天玩平板运动唱歌过份了,身体上的肌肉觉得不大舒服,有一阵拉扯的感觉,所以今天没有激烈运动,只是做一些悠扬运动和伸展运动。虽然短短5分钟,还是汗流满地。

#晚餐 Dinner

Spaghetti in tomato sauce. No meat. Add 2 slices of cheddar. Esimated 500cal
无肉番茄酱意大利面加两篇芝士。大概500卡

总结 Summary

Well, today's report were totally unexpected. Dropped another 200gm, but body fat increased, water dropped, body mass dropped, bone dropped, metabolic dropped. For your information, I took 3 litres of water today. Let's continue for a few more days.
今天真是有些出乎意料之外。虽然体重还再轻了200克,可是体脂增加了,水份减少,肌肉减少,骨骼减少,新陈代谢慢。再说,今天喝3公升水。我们再继续观察接下来几天。
