Lets Meet Some Great New Steemians

Steemit is such an amazing platform that has created a huge global community.

It continues to bring together so many different people from all over the world, from all different walks of life.

It is a true representative of the great diversity we have on this great planet.

I continue to learn so much from everyone's blogs and to be truly inspired.

It has had such a huge positive impact on my life.

Connecting me with so many amazing people .

Because of this I wish to see more and more people come on board and watch it continue to grow. We all know it can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, feeling like such a little fish in this huge steemit ocean, so by doing these posts I hope to help promote some new Steemians.

Steemit for me is all about the community, the people and the vast amounts of knowledge that we all share with one another. I promote people that I find interesting and believe will contribute to the great diversity on here already.

This will be my 7th weekly post re introducing new members. This week I have 7 people to introduce you all to. We have a fantasy writer, a gardener, a digital nomad, a canoe carver, empowered mama, artist and full time traveller. So please check them out and say hello. And don't forget to go check out the introduce yourself tag every once and a while.

I've always had a love for the written word. When I was growing up I wasn't encouraged to read, I simply saw my folks with their heads buried in books and copied them.
Growing up with Attenborough on the TV I have found a fondness for wildlife in general, but an absolute fascination with the sea. I love that we don't know everything there is to know about our worlds oceans because I think we as a species should have areas that remain mystery to us.This fascination has turned, in some ways, quite fanciful in that I have developed an inspired, you might say, imagination of what life is like beneath the surf. My debut mini-series Beyond Endless Tides is .................

Hi I am the grower,
Just letting you know we all can make a difference by planting a seed to give life to good new ideas.
I am a self employed gardener and have a great vision for the planet ( I am taking it back - joke), let's fix it first by improving the soil and cleaning up the seas!
I'll be posting gardening tips and showing you pretty flowers from my travels.
If you have any questions about how to grow flowers and food - maybe I can help.
Thanks.

But how do I introduce myself? I am Corrine, I’m 33; a wife to my best friend, a mama to a curly-haired toddler, and supreme pack leader to 2 big dogs (debatable).
My journey has taken me to Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Fiji, Malta, and Ireland. This year, we are heading to España for the next chapter. Every moment shared and revealed in with my sidekick/best mate/hubby @lumpa. Thank you!
We want to be part of the travelfeed community, digitalnomads, homeschool community, vegetarian and vegan movement, esl students, blog writers, worldschoolers in general and cryptocurrency noobs, and any more that will have us.

I travel the country, going where the big trees call me. I've had hundreds... possibly thousands of people carving on my canoes! I've worked with schools, Tribes, and festivals, to name a few. The trees teach many lessons. I love working with children, and stand-back in awe, as the tree talks to them! I teach what I feel I need to, but let the kids figure things out for themselves, generally. Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, history, and (my favorite) patience, among these lessons. The biggest thing I can do for them is to get them to think "outside the box", and to follow their dreams!

As a mother to a toddler, I understand first hand the pressures, guilt, confusion and overwhelming emotions that come with being a parent.

I have always been drawn to a more healthy lifestyle but I was horrified to learn all the chemicals and harmful things in food, medicine, home and personal care products that could negatively effect my baby's health. How could items that are made specifically for babies be so dangerous? The truth about baby products, routine medical procedures preformed during and after delivery and the ingredients in baby foods and snacks infuriated me!

Okay so this person did not do an introduce yourself post, but I connected with him when he commented on a poem I posted. I was intrigued and checked out his blog. He has done some really great artwork, the above is a self portrait he done. This is the response he left to one of my poems, which is really a continuation of what I wrote : ..yet one must continue on to undo the deeds, that leave no seeds for a Motherfesting tree to Breath.
How long shall we live the illusion of fly paper and filth, while the poli-tics are selling children for their wealth
So take a rose and a tear, time will stop with all your fears....and that innocent flow, beneath you feet, is the way to go, that leads to Golden Peace~*

They said it couldn't be done, or at least it shouldn't be done, but we've done it. Driving the Al-Can (Alaska-Canada Highway) in February.Nunc Pro Tunc, or Nunc Tunc, is our 20 foot ORV Creekside travel trailer. My husband and I, along with our dog Meeka and cat May May, have just completed a 4000 mile journey from Nenana, Alaska to Albany, Georgia.

This is the first step on our adventure, giving up the security of house and job and taking to the open road. We have become "Full Timers", living in Nunc Tunc and seeing the many wonders the United States has to offer.

So lets continue to show our support to Steemit and to one another.

Lets all help this great platform grow and turn into something that has the potential to bring about change.

Be active and be part of the change you want to see.
