What is School For SDG4 ?
@SchoolForSDG4 is a charity facility founded by Mohammed Abdul Aziz ( @Azizbd ) on 20th April 2016. The school has been working to provide free access to quality education for about 60 underprivileged children at Gashitula, Mukambari Road, Syllhet. The school focus on achieves Sustainable Development Goal 4 by 2030.
After Joining on Steemit
The school joined on steemit to raise fund for the children to involve good-hearted people with the charity initiative. It was a personal charity initiative by myself with around 15 kids. The school now has 60 children with help of steemit blockchain and it is fully funded by steemit community.
A lot of people are helping the kids directly/indirectly from different corners of the world. @lindahas , @tecnosgirl are supporting a lot every day to promote the cause in this platform. We already have a close group on Discordapp. I share any update about school and also discuss important things for the school.

The lack of access to nutritious foods is also increasing food insecurity and hunger among our children. Bangladeshi children are facing challenges with health, education, nutrition, and other basic needs. The Sustainable Development goal 4 address the quality education for all children. To ensure quality education, we have to confirm that children are attending school every day. If they get a meal every day, they will get nutritious foods as well as quality education as well. More importantly, providing fruits in school is an important step to achieve that SDG4. Read more From School For SDG4 Website
@Lindahas writes fundraising post every Friday and @Tecnosgirl took an initiative to support the program through her @Cooking4charity initiative.

How the kids are learning at schoolForSDG4?
Every childhood is so special because their emotional, social and physical development has a direct effect on their entire development even when they will become adult. Quality education for early learners can positively impact children for their entire lives. When people think about their own children, naturally they want to make sure they receive the best education possible. But these slum children have not the good financial background to go formal schools and have access to luxury schools. The education of these children in need makes for a positive change for the future: for those students, for their families, for the community, and for the world around us.
Arif sells vegetables near to slum area with his uncle all day after school. His father left him as Arif mother became metal patient after marriage. She left home for more than 1 year . Now, Arif stay with his uncle and work in the vegitable shop. We have many children who works in tea stall, fish markets and other places. We

Monthly Lunch program For Children:
@SchoolForSDG4 arranging monthly lunch program for these children for these children for last few months with help of @velimir , and other supporters. We are also having a great support for the children even without memo/specification of sponsorship. So we add the amount where the fund is needed. @Girlbeforemirror donated 50 SBD recently for the kids and also wished for 2 years birthday with gifts of SBD. @tecnosgirl raised 8.639 SBD From her blog and sent for fruit/food program for the children. We feel so happy to have all kind of support from @jessicakluthe @r2cornell @life-relearnt @preparedwombat @alexvan and other supportes too.
The monthly lunch program helps children to get food once in a month at school. They rarely get such treats as they live in slums. The nutritious foods support them to be more attentive at school and come to school regularly.
