Dear all,

Today we have arranged a teachers training program on Autism for around 40 school's head teachers. It is very expensive for Bangladesh to help autistic people individually in Bangladesh because of high expense. As most case one children needs one teacher. Also the teachers without training will not have any positive impact. As government don't support private autistic schools, so the schools can't afford to pay good salary for expert trainers. Also the middle income families can't pay high school fees to special schools. Thus, it became difficult to ensure good opportunity for such kids.

Alternatively, Government took initiative to support every school head teacher offering 5 days long training. The head teachers later will share the experiences with other assistant teachers and their activities will be facilitated and monitored by Government.

Around 40 head teachers from different schools in Moulovibazar came to visit and know how the School teaching and also know about school activities practically. We shared the program live on facebook .

The teachers of the school shared their knowledge and teaching methods they follow at school. Abdul latif who is the founder of the school of joy shared her experience with her daughter. Some of the trainee showed their interest to attend in our regular training programs. They registered with their personal details. We also could sell a book written by Abdul Latif on autism management.

The people with autism have no sin and helping the kids with such special needs shows how beautiful human we are working with them. I wish to go ahead helping them more. Let's wake up and share some love with them. Their beautiful soul will forgive you and will pray for you. They will take their parents into heaven. I am so happy that I could see such beautiful kids and got chance to help them holding their hands.
