For all those who have followed and have supported this initiative of Educative Ropavejero IV, I am writing this publication in which the achievement reached in the first phase is described.
It was a group of people who had joined The Zulia Project and now, through the present, it can be said that the phase proposed in Educative Ropavejero IV has been successfully achieved. In addition, it could be said that we can advance a little more, because we have managed to establish relationships with people who, without being from Venezuela, have joined the cause, like @enginewitty and all my beloved family of #thealliance, who from the beginning of this project have given all their support. A collection of funds was made, which was as follows:

Once there, we met some of the staff and later we entered a small room, where a brief act prepared by the staff of the institution began, this act began with the National anthem, we all sang the glorious notes of "Gloria to the Bravo Town "of course, the director of the institution pronounced a few words of thanks to all those who made this achievement possible, also showed great satisfaction in how in just days, a solution was given to something that had not been solved since of 10 years.

I must confess, that we were surprised of how the DREAMS OF A ROPAVEJERO, have arrived in Zulia, not because it can not or has been something impossible, but because my person lives in the beautiful town of Tucupido, state Guárico, of my wonderful country Venezuela, and I had to travel by bus approx. 20 hours to go and 20 more hours to come. With this, I can now say that if the dreams are big, the result will be greater and the transformed reality will leave deeper traces in the people who have experienced this change.
Many were surprised when we said: Let's go to Zulia! And now that we have succeeded, I can tell you that our dreams have no borders or obstacles, because as long as the dreamer does not die, the dreams will be fulfilled and, best of all, will be added more and more over time. To show, this great project that, in addition to making a dream come true, has led us to @ropavejero, @luis07 and myself, to visit an emblematic state of our country. We went to make a dream come true in the city of Sol Amado: Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela.
As you know, the dreams of Educative Ropavejero Project carry a purely social function and usually seek the development of projects in which many benefit with little. In this case, there were more than 500 children of initial age, who have benefited from the achievement of this phase, since as explained in Educative Ropavejero IV. Now, at this moment they have the possibility of moving forward without suffering so much during the rains, because the most serious leaks that the structure has already been solve. On the other hand, this achievement has made it possible to demonstrate that Steemit is a platform that, in addition to generating individual dividends, allows large-scale social work.
The teachers, administrators, workers and even the children of the institution received us. That was Monday, May 14, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m. when we arrived at the "Luis Ángel García" Initial School in Maracaibo, Zulia State, in my beautiful country of Venezuela.
Later, some of those involved in this dream, @jayoxaju and @javisem natives of Maracaibo, were given the floor, gave emotional speeches about how things can be achieved through the Steemit platform and that it has not only been an achievement for The Team Ropavejero, also for all those who somehow put their two cents through the positive vote in each publication. This is another example, that Steemit is an ecosystem capable of making dreams come true.
Afterwards, it was possible to appreciate the beautiful words of one of the kids who is studying in this institution, she pronounced a gratitude for all those present. By the way, she had a great communicative capacity and everyone present was very excited with this beautiful girl. Also, when she arrived, she presented herself with a number of gifts for all of us.
Continuing, the professors of the institution and some of the workers presented themselves, who delighted us with a dance dedicated to us. I was taking advantage of the moment, all the emotion of having achieved a dream more and better yet, a dream in distant lands where many did not believe.
Now, everything so far seemed calm and very protocol. But then there were some girls from a nearby high school, who participated in a stable dance group and of course made their presentation, in which the dances could not be avoided by all (almost all), for example,
I took the time to do a little dance hahaha At this time, everything became more fun and stopped being so protocolar, so even the friend @javisem, who had many years without dancing, took the opportunity to remember the old days. With this, we can realize that this type of dreams, go beyond the simple fact of tearing down and building things, they go to the people themselves, transforming everyone equally.
Dear readers, as you have seen, in addition to the achievement of the first phase, we could also enjoy a lot in this great state of Zulia. For now, that amount of SBD demonstrated above, can be used to continue advancing in the project, so in the coming days I can show progress in it. Follow closely @ropavejero, who is the responsible and founder of this beautiful Educative Ropavejero Project.
For now I have nothing more to say, just deeply thank all people who have been aware of this project and who in turn have been able to support it in one way or another. Also a special thanks to @anomadsoul who has provided support to each project, also to @nnnarvaez who is following the project very closely, @abigail-dantes and @enginewitty who have supported the Educative Ropavejero IV since it came to light weeks ago, In addition to mentioning two big communities such as the @revuer and @votovzla, who have provided a lot of support, And of course, my great family of @thealliance.
