This is my next episode on the series for showing and introducing few places where I was fortunate to spend few days to enjoy and understand the importance of these places.

Delhi being the capital in modern and olden times or may be since the stories of epics of ancient times have plenty of places for any type a tourists, especially for History Seekers.

in this post I would like all of you have a look at one of the iconic piece of construction that is one of the UNESCO accredited heritage site in India. The structure is standing so tall that it can be seen from far away metro station and adjacent location too.

It is Qutab Minar, the tallest construction carried out in 12'th century with bricks and still standing as the unique one across the world in this category.

Pictures speaks more than what I may write, so have a look taking your time enjoying the one of a kind of Architectural creation

Qutub Minar in Delhi has been counted as the highest brick tower in the whole wide world. This five story structure is listed as the World Heritage Site.

The height is approximately 73 meters with the base diameter measures up to 14.3 meters and its top diameter of 2.7 meters. There are 379 if any one want to climb up

The main minaret is surrounded by many impressive piece of construction that need closer look to enjoy the features
