Challenge Completed - 300 Day's Of Pure Madness (Day 30)

300 Day's Of Pure Madness

While running my first 5Km of 2018 I came to the idea of doing instead of a 30 day challenge a 300 day's challenge where I will do as many pushups as I can and show this to you by posting a screenshot of the pushup counter app I use. Now day by day this challenge has evolved but the goal is still the same "300 Day's Of Pure Madness".

In these 300 day's I'll be doing different types of exercises and workouts that will form part of @steemmatt "The Steemit Daily 100+ Rep Fitness Challenge". I'll also be doing my usual running and combining this with @runningproject amazing project and the amazing @isotonic tool be sure to check out their daily post.

As I've mention before on the 25th of this month Viper Strong (running team) and MotiVami (personal trainer and athlete development) are organising a 5km trail run and also a enduro mountain bike trail event.

So me and some of my team mates are working on the trail and the jumps and turns. So far the trail is almost completed and we are only missing some jumps and the hut's where the gopro's will be placed.

This morning we went to work on some of the jumps and turns and after that I had to work from 3pm to 11pm so I did not manage to get my training during the day but hopefully I will leave early today and squeeze in a night run.

Today's Workout

I manage to leave work early so i squeezed a 3km run. After that I did 3 sets of 25 situps, 3sets of 10 pullups and 3 sets of 15 dips and this continuous with minimum pause total of 150 reps. Tomorrow will have a video.
