Last Monday evening, I was at Orchard Gateway looking for dinner and came across this Australian restaurant, Outback. They were having a dinner promotion with $25 immediate rebate with minimum spending of $50.

Dinner at Outback | Outback的晚餐

Here’s how the restaurant look from outside.

We got a seat by the window where I could look over Orchard Road and see the bridge connecting the two buildings.

我们坐在窗边能看到乌节路和连接两座大夏的天桥。这是餐厅的外面。

While we looked at the menu and ordered, they served this bread which is lovely.

看菜单点菜时，他们送来了这美好的面包。

Close to our table is this bar where they have a TV showing live sports programme.

We have this nicely presented fried onion which tasted good. It was a little greasy but not so bad.

前菜是这炸洋葱。味道很好虽有点油腻但也还可以。

The potato cream soup is very creamy. Bit too creamy for my taste.

The main course which was shared by my wife and is the ribs and chicken meal.

Conclusion | 结论

The meal for 2 cost about $60 but good thing for Monday special with the $25 rebate, it was less costly. So, pick your day to go if you can. Otherwise, just pay and enjoy the food. They are quite good.
