Japanese caviar 鱼籽酱

Here is my entry for the Monday's foodphotography contest with theme: foodphotography. Thanks to @juliank for creating this dailyfood photo challenge.

This is the caviar that I ate in a apanese restaurant called Edomae. It is a common ingredient in the Japanese diet. You can eat it with the rice or put it on the sushi . very delicious and rare delicacy. The particles of the caviar is very small, feel a little cool when you eat , salty but fresh with Q. projectile !

这是我在日本料理店江户前吃的鱼籽酱,鱼籽是日料中常见的食材。是不可多得的美味。放在米饭上, 放在寿司上,都非常好吃。这个鱼籽颗粒非常小,吃起来有点凉凉的,咸鲜,还有点q弹。超级棒!
