This is an easy mousse to make. You can make it in the morning and just leave in the fridge. Then it is ready when dinner finished.
For 4 persons you need:
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g of sugar
- 150g. dark chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 dl. whipped cream
Instructions:
- melt the chocolate
- whip the egg whites stiff with the sugar
- whip the cream stiff
- whisk in the egg yolks in the melted chocolate
- have the whipped egg whites and then whipped cream
Place it in serving glasses, cover and put in a refrigerator for a few hours.
Before seving you can add some chopped cholate or berries on the top. Enjoy! :)
