Smoothie bowl with berries

Easy to make, looks inviting. Tasting delicious and filled with vitamins. A smoothie bowl or glass of smoothie is a good way of starting the day. The great thing is that you can combine different tastes and in that way have an almost unlimited variation.  Also I vary the topping: seeds, nuts, coconut, dried fruit, granola....really no limit.

For 2 persons:

1 tablespoon with chia seeds. Has to soak in the juice at least 20 minutes
1 banana
1 dl. frozen fruit (raspberry, bluberry, black current, strawberries etc.)
1 1/2 dl. natural youghurt
1 1/2 dl. of aple juice

Mix everything in a food prosessor. Fill a bowl and top with nuts, granola, dried fruit etc.
