Our EPIC Sustainable Christmas Day Feast in the Garden of Eden After A Day and Whole Year of Providing Free Food!! 🎄 🎁

We are excited and thankful to share food every single day, but the holidays are an extra special time for giving!!!

We are happy & grateful to share our abundance - there's more than enough of everything! If you or anyone you know wants or needs food, please contact us - we will give you free food, no questions asked. We also have plenty of clothes and blankets to share with anyone in need!

Check out a few of our recent posts, as well as those of GOE founder @quinneaker:

There's nothing special about our outreach for the holiday season - we give away tens of thousands of free meals every single day.

It's important that we share all year round, because we are committed to BEING THE CHANGE we want to see in this world! We're not going to waste time waiting for someone else to build a better world. It's up to us to do what we can to help each other, and we accept that responsibility!

BUT we are a bit behind in bringing our daily sustainable feasts to the blockchain because we've been busy sharing in real life.

Today we want to catch up. Please enjoy sharing our EPIC Christmas Day feast!!

We made an incredible spread for our full time volunteers in our sustainable outdoor kitchen, starting with snacks and appetizers to get us ready for a day of helping other people!!

We set out a beautiful cheese platter with brie, gruyere, roquefort blue, and manchego cheeses, garnished with juicy red grapes.

We served it with a lovely selection of yummy coffee cakes, including a dense chocolate, cinnamon swirl, and delicious vanilla varieties. We served this platter with bright strawberries.

Next, we set out a gorgeous platter of meats for our carnivores to enjoy, and salty cured olives for everyone to help themselves to!

We love a beautiful presentation as much as we love delicious foods! This platter has thin slices of prosciutto, salami, and a lovely roll with basil and mozzarella. Even our vegetarians enjoyed the pretty plating!

With plenty of our fuel, our volunteers headed out to share our abundance and hand out food, clothing, and warm blankets.

When we returned, the real feast began, and what an incredible spread it was!!!

We made a hot, hearty soup to chase out the cold of our crisp Christmas Day. This is a creamy cauliflower and broccoli soup with nutmeg, rosemary, and lemon balm.

We also prepared a garden greens salad with broccoli slaw, yellow squash, cucumber, mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded pickled beets to get our daily dose of yummy, fresh, raw veggies and all their vitamins & minerals!

We made a special batch of Christmas kimchi with green and purple cabbage, white onions, green onions, beers, Eden spicy peppers, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, and liquid aminos, and it was especially delicious & nutritious on top of our fresh garden salad!

For another side, we made a huge batch of one of our favorite dishes - @truelovelives 's famous mashed potatoes with secret ingredients, cream, and garden chives! Potatoes are wholesome, and we love to enjoy them hot, creamy & delicious.

For our meat eaters' main course, we made a big juicy Christmas ham with pineapple lemon-Thai-basil ginger sauce with pineapple mint!!

It was succulent, hearty, slightly sweet and salty, and completely scrumptious!

And if that wasn't enough, we offered some wonderful egg nog variations to have a nice creamy, luxurious beverage with the amazing meal!

But wait, there's MORE!!! We offered another tray of sticky almond cakes for those who wanted to enjoy dessert.

With gobs of fluffy, sweet whipped cream on the side :)

It was a gorgeous and delicious meal shared in good company! We prepared everything over fire on our handmade earthen rocket stoves , and we burned wood that was going to end up in the landfill had we not repurposed it for creating free food for hungry people.

Season's Eatings everyone! It is an honor to share our sustainable feasts with you on the blockchain, and we hope to inspire you towards your own epic food reality.
