Today I'd like to share with you the fry rice with egg, which is one of my favorite breakfast.
there are seviral breakfasts appeared regularly on my table at breakfast, including the fry rice with egg and carrot.
Speaking of the dish, I think, those people who love to cook might like it, simple and quick, containg staple food and vegetables. And plus a vegetable soup or soya-bean milk, delicious breakfast is done!
But it is not easy to make it. After all, these ingredients are simple, no exotic food from mountains and seas, no complex procedure, so you need to cook it with attention.
Normally, I like to use green vegetables, such as cucumbers, pea, sweet pepper,etc, red vegetables carrot, which is my son's favorite. these are usual, after cooked, they will become very very delicious food!
It is important to note that:
- Must be seasoned with salt and cooking wine before fry it.
- You'd better use the long-grained rice to fry it, after cooked, it has a good taste.
- Lastly, you will need to control the duration and degree of heating, don't overcooked it .

今天给大家分享一下我 们家最喜欢吃的早餐之一---胡萝卜蛋炒饭。
有几种早餐是我家早餐时间出镜率最高的,其中就有这个胡萝卜蛋炒饭。说起蛋炒饭,我想每个爱做饭的人都会喜欢吧,简单省事,一锅出来,既有菜又有饭。再搭配个蔬菜汤,或者豆浆之类的,早餐就解决了。
不过想要做好蛋炒饭,也不是容易的事。毕竟食材简单,没有山珍海味,也没有过多复杂的工序,所以更要格外用心才行。
而且蛋炒饭里,除了鸡蛋是固定之外,其他蔬菜可以随意搭配,红绿相间的蔬菜和米饭一起翻炒,不仅清新养眼,味道口感也更多一些。跟鸡蛋和米饭更好的融合在一起。
通常绿色蔬菜我们喜欢放黄瓜,青豆,香葱,红色的主要就是胡萝卜,这也是儿子最爱吃的一种蔬菜啦。这些都是最寻常的食材,经过烹调过后,就会变成很香很美味的蛋炒饭。
需要注意的几点:
1、鸡蛋打散之后一定要调味。否则最后和米饭一起炒不容易入味。吃起来平淡。
2、就是炒饭的米最好是有一点长粒的那种,炒完之后颗粒分明,口感好。
3、最后就是注意火候,一定不能炒久了。
日子,是在忙忙碌碌中平淡;生活,是在粗茶淡饭中生香。
