Fry Arctic Shrimps With garlic 蒜香北极虾

The Spring festival is approching. Today I'd like to share with you a simple and quick new year's dish- fry arctic shrimps with garlic.

It is good for luck to cook this dish during Lunar New Year. Because shrimp implies that a person will be promoted to a higher position or rank in Chinese culture. So shrimp, in general, isn't an optional extra at Chinese New Year's Eve dinner.

In fact, my families like to eat it directly after defrosting at ordinary times. But today I want to share another method-the shrimps were fried with seasoning, which tastes very good ! I have to say that this is a good dish not only in presentation but also in its flavor, and what's important is that it is so easy, I can highly recommend. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients:

  • Arctic shrimps
  • Green onion
  • Minced garlic
  • Cooking wine
  • Vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Coriander

Instructions:

1.Defrost arctic shrimps. Chop green onion, garlic, coriander, set aside.

2.Marinated with cooking wine and pepper for 15 min.

3.Heat a frying-pan and then add in vegetable oil, and place these shrimps in the pan, frying them for a few min until golden brown on both sides, remove them to a plate.

4.Add green oinon, minced garlic to the pan, stir-fry for a few seconds over low heat.

5.And then pour shrimps into the pan, then add in soy sauce, vinegar, fry them for a few seconds, turn off the heat and remove them to plate, sprinkle some coriander on the top. Serve hot.

料酒

生抽

胡椒
做法:
1.北极虾解冻。
2.用料酒,胡椒腌制15分钟。
3.锅加热,倒入花生油,放入北极虾,煎到两面金黄酥脆盛出备用。
4.锅内留底油,加入葱,蒜末,醋,生抽等调料,小火翻炒均匀。
5.迅速放入煎好的北极虾,翻炒片刻即可装盘。撒上香菜碎趁热食用最佳。
