The Beautiful Plum Blossom Dumplings 梅花饺子

Speaking of dumplings, this is a traditional food, which almost every family can make , in China . But do you know when did this start ?

The earliest traditional dumplings were the dumplings in the period of Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties, which were found by archaeologists in Turpan in Xinjiang province. The unearthed dumplings proved that more than one thousand years ago, ancients had the custom of eating dumplings . We still can't quite believe that this custom has been passed so far.

There was no difference in their shape, unearthed dumplings seemed a little small compared to our dumplings. At that time, the food of central China had been handed down to the Western Regions and were popular for them. Now Chinese dumplings have reached other parts of the world and be loved by more people in the world.

The Chinese lunar new year is coming and is a special time of year. On such an occasion, dumplings will be unavoidable. Today I'd like to share with you the beautiful and delicious plum blossom dumplings.

1.Fold the egde inward equally by five, and then flip it over.
2.Make the five corners wet, and knead in the middle.
3.lastly, open the folded edge. one by one, these dumplings were done.

And then place them in a steamer with boiling water, steam for 15 min over high heat.

Serve with your favorite sauce, enjoy it.

饺子馅有很多种,你爱吃海鲜,就放一些海鲜的,爱吃牛肉,就做牛肉馅的,之前分享过饺子的做法,具体饼皮及馅料就不多说了,大家按照自己喜欢的蔬菜肉类来放就好。

下面分享的是如何包梅花饺子。

首先,把饺子平边缘平均分成5份,向内折。然后翻面,中间放入饺子馅,把5个角向中间捏紧,然后再把折叠的边翻出来,梅花饺子就完成了!
蒸煮也全凭个人喜好,这次我做的是蒸饺,配上喜欢的蘸料,享用吧!
