Sandy's Recipe#5 Red Wine Strewberry Tart

Ingredients:
Medium gluten flour 180 grams
1 egg
salt-free butter 100 grams
Sugar 40 grams
Salt 1/8 teaspoon

Stuffing:
3 Egg yolk
Milk 300 mL
Vanilla oil few
Sugar 35 grams
flour 5 grams
Corn flour 15 grams
Strawberry 20 pieces (washed and drained)
Red wine 15 ml

1.Mix the flour, butter, sugar, salt (you may use the stirrer or hand), during that add eggs.

2.Put the cake into the mold, flatten the bottom.Press the edge, try to keep the cake close to the mold, do not leave the gap.Put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.


4.Start making cheese sauce.Medium fire, put the 300ml milk into the pot, mix vanilla oil with milk. Do not cook until boiling, turn off when bubble appeared.
