Chocolate, Mexican caramel sauce and cherries, an uncommon but tasty combination I found this evening. Cajeta is just goat milk caramel seasoned with cinnamon and vanilla, making my favorite caramel sauce. Swirl that into some brownies with chopped maraschino cherries and you've got something unique and tasty. I'll share the photos for now and the recipe later so stay tuned!
