My new favorite meal has gone from peirogies to pierogies with home fermented sauerkraut with ashed goat cheese.....so good.
I just got done eating this and it was so good I felt the need to post these NOW while I've still got that sauerkraut aftertaste in my mouth. It just feels like I ate comfort food that's gonna sit nice because of the kraut and that's pretty cool.
