The Carnivore Experiment: What We're Doing So Far Update 1

So I've been vaguely posting on our carnivore for a few days now and the feedback has been interesting, everything from "don't do it" to "but you need vitamin c." Many don't seem to understand the extent, this is a bit beyond even keto which is low carb with high protein and fat. No plants, nothing other than meat and eggs and fat. Some people on these diets won't even use butter but so far we have.

We have so far been in a transition period for the last several days, from what we can tell the carbs we have ingested have been via drinks or popsicles in my case. We're doing what we can to phase out what we have in the pantry but I can already tell much of that will go to the dogs or the birds.

We're doing this for a month to start at first, to see how we feel. Already despite currently feeling somewhat at a low (not even as low as I get with carbs) I have optimism that this diet might actually help me. So far I have yet to feel actually bad, the worst I can complain about is intermittent headaches and tiredness from withdrawal from carbs, something I've literally never tried before.
