Baizai Chicken, also called chicken salad, is a traditional dish in Leshan, Sichuan province. It is fresh, soft and spicy. Seeing from the photo, you may think it so spicy. In fact, it is both spicy and a bit sweet. If you visit here, do have a taste!
白宰鸡又称白切鸡、凉拌鸡，是四川乐山地区有名的风味食品。白宰鸡具有鲜、嫩、麻、辣四大特点，久负盛名，盛称“乐山一绝”。
