Hello Steemian it was not that long ago now that I had the opportunity for a little Steemian get together involving a Steemit Special Christmas Supper Club hosted by a Steemit super cook @allasyummyfood

On the day of the event I nearly didn't make it due to bad weather and my work place changing my schedule.
But everything worked out ok in the end and getting to the actual event location once done with transportation was luckily rather straight forward as I was worried I was going to be late.

When I entered the restaurant I was not sure if @allasyummyfood had seating arrangements or what was the plan for the evening but the Steemians there @starkerz , Allas friend and @ivargereiko made me feel very much at ease.

At the table we had Steemians @starkerz @ivargereiko and both @extremeromance who are a couple both using the same account I do believe, the others at our table were not steemians (well not yet atleast hehe) but still awesome people.

Obviously the conversation topic of Steemit.com was heavily discussed but while the conversation on Steemit was hot the yummy food was also being dished out.
We started the course with canapes tortilla chips with herring cheese that packed a punch of flavour it was already one of the best parts of the course.

Anyway I discussed who was on my table but there was also other Steemians at the supper event but on a different table, we had @rea who I had met at Steemfest 2 in Lisbon @ezzy, @nanzo-scoop who was also at Steemfest 2 but unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to talk with him until the supper event.

O the night there was @timsaid who I think had to go off early as I didn't get the opportunity to chat and @redrica who is easy to talk to.

Even with @allasyummyfood being so busy in the kitchen she was still very much available making sure everybody had what they needed and taking the time to talk with her guests.
Alla even managed to spent time at both Steemit table's and I have to say for this to happen there was alot of work put in behind the scenes for this event.

There was also some surprise extras went it came to the food.

There was the Russian Oliveir Salad, the traditional Borsht soup and the hot cheesy hachapuri with different cheeses filling it.

For the main we had a lovely well cooked chicken roast.

Lastly was the dessert probably one of my biggest secret reasons for wanting to go.

Yes it cointains oreos so you know its good I will do another post focusing more on the food if you guys are curious watch out for that one.

After we all ate the food we still hanged out for a little longer talking more Steemit.com.
After all was done in the kitchen for Alla was fully present with her guests and we had a great opportunity for conversation.
She's giving with her advice but also very smart and one thing she seems to know well is that giving her help to others is a great gift because then those she helped can then help her back = meaning we can all grow.
