Shrimp Po'Boys

These shrimp Po'Boys are so good and flavorful.

I marinated the shrimp in eggs, hot sauce (I used Frank's), salt, black pepper and a little garlic powder. Let them marinate for 20-30 minutes.

For the breading I used bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning and a little Old Bay.

Dipped the shrimp into the breading and fried them to perfection.

I made my homemade Mississippi come back sauce with mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, black pepper, parsley, chopped green onion, olive oil and lemon juice.
