Today I’m going to share with you an epic meal I had with a bunch of old friends who I’ve known for many years. I traveled with these friends regularly and even though we have kids now, we still catch up to have play dates.
今天我想跟大家分享一餐跟朋友吃的我覺得近期比較棒的晚餐。我認識這班朋友很多年而且一起去過很多次旅行。雖然我們現在有小孩，我們都會見面讓小朋友玩。
There is a famous Chinese restaurant in Sydney called the Golden Century in Chinatown. The prices of their meals are not the cheapest but they do have some of the best dishes around. We decided to go there to have some King Crab but due to the size of King Crabs, you need a large group to finish the crab.
在悉尼中國城有一家很有名的餐館叫“ 金唐”. 這裡的餐價不是很便宜但他們的菜煮得非常棒。大家都想吃皇帝蟹所以就去吃了。

So we decided to cook half the crab with vermicelli noodles and the other half is with ginger and shallots. The tomalley was steamed with egg in the crab shell. Ahhhh so yummy!
我們就叫他們用一半的蟹做粉絲蟹煲，另外一半就是用薑蔥炒。還有我們用蟹膏蒸蛋。太好吃啦！
As you can tell, we demolished everything very quickly.
你們可以看到整隻蟹都很快給我們吃完
And the total bill for this meal -> $1882.77AUD including tips. Yes, it was an epic meal but it was soooo worth it.
我這餐連其他送菜加小費花了 $1882.77澳幣。是的，非常貴但真是非常好吃
