A few weeks ago, BioShock turned 10 years old and celebrate the anniversary at PAX West on 2 September. But BioShock were not the only one who celebrate the anniversary there. The Witcher franchise is also 10 years old now and celebrate it at PAX West too. Back in 2007 The Witcher were released and now 10 years from then CD Projekt Red released a sweet and heartwarming video for its celebration.
I was surprised when I watch Geralt speak in the part when the video almost over. Just watch it and you'll understand, and no he is not talking about that Lambert poetry. I'm sure you'll love it, especially if you have finished or at least played The Witcher games because you'll get that teary moment.
I was like "Woah he talk to me!", so Geralt is a 4th wall breaking character all along? Damn he didn't mind showing us those sexy time and- Okay, let's stop there.
Anyway, it's beautiful isn't it? To see all those happy expressions, everyone is having a great time together in Geralt's lovely home. Even those who were dead are also there too, resurrected to not miss the great time in Geralt 10th anniversary.
But despite all that cheerful smiling faces, it is kind of sad actually. Because this might be the last time we will see Geralt. Time fly so quick when you are with great company. We might get another Witcher games but CD Projekt Red consider Blood and Wine to be the final chapter of our favorite white haired witcher's story. So maybe if there is more Witcher games in the future there will be no more Geralt in them.

If there will be no Geralt in the next Witcher games (if there is any) I wonder who will be the new star. Is it Ciri? Lambert? Roach? I'd vote for Roach. The exact date of The Witcher anniversary is on 26 October but in anticipation CD Projekt Red released the video. So if you are asking why did they release this a month before its actual anniversary date, the team probably thought "why not?". Maybe there is more coming on 26 October? If there is, it's gonna be good for sure.
