Photographic Series About the Colombian Caribbean: Goldenhour in Sitionuevo, Colombia

Sitionuevo is a small municipality of el departmento del Magdalena in Colombia. The only way to get to this place is through the Magdalena River, so you must use boats as a means of transport.

The trip across the river lasts approximately 25 minutes running from the fluvial port of the municipality of Sabanagrande in the departmento of Atlántico. The tour of the river is very pleasant, you can see beautiful landscapes on both sides of the river, feel the wind in your face and see many birds flying along the route.

Fluvial Port of Sabanagrande.

In my next post, I will tell you more about Sitionuevo and I will show you more pictures of this little town, unfortunately forgotten by the national government, since the precariousness and the needs of the people are evident. But nevertheless, Sitionuevo is a place with great tourist potential, so in the next publication, we will only see the positive things about this town and its people.

All the pictures were taken by me with a Sony A77 camera.
