Every sixty seconds you are unhappy, you waste one minute of your life. Whether you are happy or unhappy, life goes on. So, you might as well be happy. Better to put on a happy face, and be welcome everywhere you go, instead of having people keeping their distance because of your unhappy, or sour face. We all like to hang out with people who are happy, and fun to be with.
There is too much sadness and not enough happiness around. Keep your unhappiness to yourself but share your happiness. In this way, you are spreading happiness, and guess what? – when you spread happiness, happiness will engulf you in the process.
Almost all of our unhappiness is the result of our negative thoughts. So, clear out all negative thoughts. Think positive thoughts, maintain a positive disposition. Look on the bright side of things. Stop worrying about things you have no control over. Let go of any baggage that weighs you down. If you feel sad, go out and do something for other people. It is difficult to remain unhappy when you witness happiness blossoming as a result of your efforts.
Life is short. Time is precious. Do not waste your time, and your life being sad and unhappy.
