Prostate Care Diet for Today [Day 2]

Hello Steemitsonians, today, I continue on this blog looking at food and diets that can help improve significantly, prostate health. Like I said yesterday, this is not only for men, it is also for women who want to do more to help their spouses live in good health. I have been reading quite a bit on this, particularly the book "Healthy Eating: The Prostate Care Cookbook" and my findings will be posted on this blog.

The prostate is that part of every man that needs proper monitoring to prevent the development of prostate cancer. The lower the Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) level in the blood, the better for the health of the prostate. Although there isn't a specific normal or abnormal level of PSA in the blood, but most doctors have in the past considered PSA levels of 4.0 ng/mL and lower as being normal. Proper care is needed to maintain these levels.
