Usually I make a large cheesecake that must be divided into portions when serving. In this case, I made a small change by making it in portioned glasses. In addition to a soft cheese, I have freshened up with lemon juice in the cake itself and decorated it with fresh berries. A sweet dessert, but still fresh in taste without being too sweet. Usually I vary the berries. It depends somewhat on the season and what is available because that depends on the season.
