In this post , I briefly blogging about Common Spices .

Cardamon Pods are pod of seeds , mainly use by The Middle Easterns Cuisine. I normally put some in my meat curry cooking.
Cinnamon Quills & Star Anise , Can also be add in some Cuisine. Star Anise can be added to curry dish as well. Sometime some people use them in Roasting or Soups.
Dry Chili , Can be added for Hotness.
