Biweekly Summary CR - Venezuela / Greeter Fairy

Greetings friends and colleagues from Steemit ..!

This is my report March 01 to 15 as Country Representative for Venezuela and Curator.

The month of March has been difficult for me since it began, I have had certain problems with my eyesight and I have been a bit away from the computer but I have not distanced myself from my responsibilities as a Country Representative in Steemit and other activities.

My different activities can be summarized as: publication review and curation tasks in Newcomer’s Community, voting with different curator accounts such as @steemcurator03, @hive-193637 (Steem Venezuela account) and @sv-beca (another Steem Venezuela account) and my personal account. In the same way, I make reviews of publications in the need to avoid plagiarism of content and different advice to subscribers of Steemit and Steem Venezuela.

This is the summary of my curatorial tasks for the period from March 01 to 15, 2022 I made a total of 664 votes in total done with the assigned curation accounts: @ steemcurator03 of the Newcommer Community Program, the Steem Venezuela community account (@hive-193637), the curation account @sv-beca (Steem Venezuela's second curation account) and my personal account @tocho2.

Some of my main activities as a country Representative have changed, for example I am no longer working with the Steemcurator05 account; On the other hand, in Newcomer's Community we have a new work plan to which I am adapting very well.

1) Newcomer's Community

The month of March has passed a bit slowly but I continue to be busy reviewing each publication of achievements that I review with the intention of identifying possible cases of plagiarism and farming, this has worked very well because among all of us in this great team we have done a good cleaning job in the community. This period I have made 11 corrections, reviewed 12 posts and validated 9 achievement posts. Here is the link to my most last report for the Newcomer's Community program:

2) Curation with Steemcurator03 account

My past curation turns with the account @steemcurator03 was on March 02 and 09, 2022 and a total of 12 posts were voted. In relation to this activity specifically, I find that very few users are passing the different validations that we do, so now there are fewer users to vote effectively, it has been a way to stop farming.

3) Curation with the Steem Venezuela (@hive-193637 and @sv-beca) community account

With the Steem Venezuela community account (@hive-193637), we support Top-5 posts every day of the week, we support posts about the Steem Venezuela trail and also users who have delegated to the community.

My manual curation turns with this account was on March 06 and 13, 2022 during which I supported a total of 22 Top 5 #sv-recreacion posts. It is also important to clarify that those publications of users who are participating in the # club5050 are being selected for the Top5. And with @sv-beca account I had voted 16 post..

4) Venezuela Country Representative

This is an updated summary of the activities that I am currently carrying out as a Country Representative:

Welcome to users who are new to Steemit with an invitation to participate in Newcomer's Community and some guidelines of interest.
Daily visits to different communities to greet, comment, vote, identify possible cases of plagiarism and provide the best guidance to users.
Continuous and constant orientation to users of different communities about their publications.
I constantly visit the users who are participating in the # club5050, and the users who are frequently doing # powerup, to keep them motivated to continue growing their accounts.
Every month I make a massive invitation to users to participate in #spud4steem, both with my personal account and with the Steem Venezuela account (hive-193637) so that many people continue to join these two initiatives.

Using my personal account @tocho2 I made 594 (during March 01 to 15, 2022) votes in support of users on different communities on Steemit.

5) Contributions for the growth of Steemit in this period

All the activities we carry out contribute "a grain of sand" to the growth of Steemit, I am particularly focused on promoting the # powerup through any of the known programs, either through the # club5050, with the # spud4steem and with the program # sv-powerup that Steem Venezuela performs every Monday (coordinated by @adeljose)

So there will never be a lack of publications that I make to promote the Power Up of our accounts as Steemit users.
