Steem For Ladies was chosen to be part of current booming program under Tier 3. After, more than 300 posts nominations for booming vote we are here to apply to be part of the next booming program.
It is of utmost importance to us to not only improve and grow the community but also to be in the position to support the verified ladies.
By being part of the booming vote program it can help us tremendously reaching these goals.
Now is the time for us to convey our desire and also our willingness to apply for the booming support application that was announced some time ago, with a brief historical detail of the conditions provided.

All admins and moderators are actively involved in all community activities. We also often communicate and discuss various issues through various facilities and infrastructure and are not involved in any powerdown.

Currently @liasteem as the owner of the community holds all the available keys, and to avoid some possible missing in the future the keys are also hold by @patjewell.
We are as transparent as possible in our every move and learn from what we can see happening in previous communities. Through this we strengthen security and have a tight control over our team.

There are lots of communities with a variety of offerings, benefits and ideas where goals are arranged properly and clearly so that each individual on the Steemit platform can develop according to and in line with their own goals.
So many topics are covered in the communities from food, health, sports, investing, the world of technology, and more.
However, we’ve noticed that there was no longer a special platform for the ladies of Steemit. A community that express and appreciation women. This community is here to provide solutions to these problems. Steem For Ladies comes with a strong spirit and purpose, which supports all women's activities so that they are free to be creative and express themselves.
Women have great power and all women have the right to be respected, and to be women who are free and have their rights protected. We offer them a community where they can be free to post about Women's Freedom, Lifestyle, Beauty, Art, DIY, Cooking, Sport, Fashion, Health, etc.
The goals of the community:
- To become a platform for the Steemian women who wants to express themselves freely
- To realize and build this community together as team and verified members
- To support all women's activities both outside and inside the platform
- To educate the women on all issues related to Steemit
- To enhance the creativity of countless women
All women are free to show themselves and are welcomed to give their best, be active, and support their fellow Steemians.

Our community is very firm against any form of plagiarism. Therefore, we always check and also use several tools to detect plagiarism and AI in posts of our Steemian friends.
In his weekly abuse feedback @rahul00 reports as follows;
“Steem For Ladies" is a medium quality community with fairly good posts being made daily. Currently this community has total subscribers 1196, total posters 92 and total posts 500.”
“There are 5-6 posts per day in the Steem For Ladies community. Each of the admins and moderators of this community are very active. They check every post well. I have worked on this community for the past last 1 week. I have not found any plagiarism posts in these 7 days.”

Booming nomination is done on a fair basis supporting good content and given to ladies who needs upliftment as per the rules set out by the team.
• A maximum of 2 – 3 posts will be selected for the same user per week across the Steemit platform.
• Selected posts must contain the tag #steemexclusive,
• Posts that received upvotes from @steemcurator accounts (@steemcurator01 ~ @steemcurator09) will not be eligible.
• Selected posts should be written by users with a status of club5050, club75, or club100.
• No upvote bots, plagiarism, abuse or AI content post will be nominated
• Booming support for hosting of contest posts by the community and the team
• Booming support only for the ladies of this community
• Booming notifications to those who are nominated
Until today the community continues to grow and it is our great hope and enthusiasm to keep fighting and also learn more from our fellow communities while we are consistent in increasing our STEEM power.
Even though it is still small we are sure that we can definitely move forward with the support of the Steemit team, the curation teams, the ladies of this community and our fellow Steemians.
