There should be a fundament and a philosophy about behind we are doing. We do not have to pay the tax twice, and therefore there should be tax planning!
The stupid things about tax havens are many. There should be enough economical support in societies to finance different things in the state budget. Hence, you need a Finance Department taking care of what is happening in nations. When paying taxes to different nations, you have wolfs in sheep’s clothing, and therefore there is much pleasure and much efforts about paying as little taxes as possible, and getting the most wealth. But there is secret things with paying to tax havens, and maybe all things are not allowed in accordance with different laws in the countries. Why should a company pay to an island, and why is no business like an island?
You should not just have tax rules in a society. But you should also have tax philosophy and telling about how you should pay your tax for a company, and why you are paying the tax as you are paying it. Several important persons in a country, have friends in another country, since they have friends and peers in other nations. You should do as you like, and you should not be told what to do. In private firms, you have the freedom to do what you do, and what you are doing should not be illegal. And when making the choice of a business school or a university, you should select in accordance with your abilities and your diploma from different levels. But when doing things in tax havens, you should not hide away money, and you should act in accordance with the monetary policies in the whole world. And Milton Friedman thought, we should make out choices in relation to do good choices in ever conceivable times, and we could do the same choice many times more!
There can be filth and camaraderie about doing different things in tax havens, and therefore you should be in doubt or being sceptical, also being inside the multinational companies and having all the power that you deserve and that is possible. Opinions to people are always scary, especially when they are not tested empirically. Hence, you should do what you like, but you have responsibility for your choices, and you must accept a country’s governance by paying tax to it. But you are always your boss in your life, and nobody can determine anything in your life unless there are reasons, rules and laws for it.
All choices are just white, or they are black and dirty. If you are doing dirty things, you must answer all possible sceptical questions about your doings. Take care of yourself, your position and your company at home and abroad. We can work with every country! Head-hunting is a good thing, if it is used to get companies in progress!
