Special rewards for Halloween edition go to the people who generously suggested other people's posts.
Since the second edition of the contest I thought it was better to reward only the authors of the posts and not those who suggest them, however there are generous people who continue to propose other people's posts... So I set 30% of the rewards of this post to the people who suggested 4 posts each since the second edition.
