The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #173 - Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City

DSC_02.JPG

This iconic bridge is probably on the must-see list of everyone visiting this city. This suspension bridge with steel wires and the two towers in stone, is an amazing piece of engineering. When it was built and ready to open in 1883, it was the longest bridge of its kind in the world. A great symbol of the city of New York.
