Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una información muy importante, hace días para ser más exactos el 24-03-2023, steemitblog dio a conocer los nuevos representantes de Steem, un nombre que a mi parecer representa mucho, y que implica una serie de responsabilidades que actualmente muchos usuarios desempeñan en nuestra plataforma.

Fueron 20 las personas seleccionadas y dentro de esas 20 estoy yo, muy feliz y agradecida por eso, así como otros grandes compañeros de equipo. Este es un nombre que desde unos 2 años más o menos se maneja en Steemit, antes era CR o "representantes de país", hoy día las cosas cambiaron y ahora son SR "representantes de steem".

¿Pero esto qué quiere decir?

Anteriormente los representantes se limitaban a sus países, porque la idea era que cada representante de país estuviera en la respectiva comunidad e implementara actividades, dinámicas, prestara apoyo a las personas de dicho país y comunidad. Ahora el compromiso es mayor, porque no hay limites, ahora tenemos el mundo entero para brindar nuestro apoyo y dar a conocer steem y steemit.

Dentro de las responsabilidades que debe tener un presentante comprometido están las siguientes:

👉 Lo primero para mi es ser una guía para los nuevos usuarios, brindarles el apoyo que todos en algún momento necesitamos, porque al principio nada es fácil y creo que todos lo sabemos.

👉 Pero nuestro apoyo no debe quedarse solo en los nuevos usuarios, sino ir más allá, poder compartir nuestros conocimientos y habilidades con todo usuario que lo requiera, la idea es crecer juntos y ser una gran familia.

👉 Ser activo en la plataforma, poder no solo hacer vida en las comunidades de las cuáles formamos parte, sino tratar de abarcar mucho más.

👉 Realizar dinámicas, concursos, publicaciones educativas, todo ello para que brindar a otros la oportunidad de expresarse y participar en actividades originales y creativas.

👉 Apoyar todas las sugerencias o nuevos proyectos que se nos informen desde Steemit Inc.

👉 Realizar actividades donde podamos promocionar nuestra plataforma y además captar nuevos usuarios, porque la idea es que Steemit llegué a todas partes.

👉 Tener amplios conocimientos sobre la detección de publicaciones con Plagio, múltiples cuentas y contenido creado por IA.

👉 Crear o plantear nuevos proyectos que vayan en pro del crecimiento tanto de los usuarios como de la plataforma.

Para mi esto forma parte de las acciones principales que debe realizar un representante, moderador o administrador de comunidad, porque no solo el rol cae en los representantes, creo que todos siempre podemos aportar un poco más.

Sé que existen muchas expectativas con respecto a esta nueva responsabilidad, sé también que muchas personas tienen algo que decir al respecto, y me gustaría saber que piensan, que esperan, si realmente conocían las responsabilidades que este cargo implica, así que me gustaría invitarlos a dar su opinión y dejar un comentario de calidad en está publicación.😊

Today I want to share with you a very important information, days ago to be more exact on 24-03-2023, steemitblog unveiled the new Steem representatives, a name that in my opinion represents a lot, and that implies a series of responsibilities that currently many users play in our platform.

There were 20 people selected and among those 20 I am very happy and grateful for that, as well as other great teammates. This is a name that has been used in Steemit for about 2 years, before it was CR or "country representatives", today things have changed and now it is SR "steem representatives".

But what does this mean?

Previously the representatives were limited to their countries, because the idea was that each country representative was in the respective community and implemented activities, dynamics, provided support to the people of that country and community. Now the commitment is greater, because there are no limits, now we have the whole world to give our support and make steem and steemit known.

Among the responsibilities that a committed presenter must have are the following:

👉 The first thing for me is to be a guide for new users, to give them the support that we all need at some point, because at the beginning nothing is easy and I think we all know that.

👉 But our support should not stay only in the new users, but go beyond, to be able to share our knowledge and skills with all users who require it, the idea is to grow together and be a big family.

👉 To be active on the platform, to be able to not only make life in the communities of which we are part, but to try to cover much more.

👉 To carry out dynamics, contests, educational publications, all of this to give others the opportunity to express themselves and participate in original and creative activities.

Support all suggestions or new projects** that are brought to our attention from Steemit Inc.

👉 To carry out activities where we can promote our platform and also attract new users, because the idea is that Steemit reaches everywhere.

👉 Have extensive knowledge about detection of Plagiarism posts, multiple accounts and AI created content.

👉 Create or come up with new projects that go towards the growth of both users and the platform.
