Drawing like a pro - 4, tools and materials (part 3 -final)

Hi friends!

This is my last publication dedicated to the most used materials and tools in the drawing.
In my next post, we will begin to deepen directly into the craft of drawing, specifically drawing with graphite pencils on paper.

Ink drawing

Chinese ink is also a wonderful and very used drawing technique to make caricatures, cartoons, technical drawings, architectural drawings or washings.
The fountain pens are the most used for artistic drawing.

Digital media

And finally, to finish with the drawing techniques, I have to mention the media that we are currently using with great intensity. It is about digital media, with which you can emulate many of the different traditional techniques.
Knowledge of traditional techniques and understanding of what lies behind the craft of drawing is essential to be able to use these digital media efficiently.
I am only going to show you some examples of what you can obtain with some softwares for these purposes.

Photoshop

In this drawing, I emulated the strokes given with chalk and charcoal on Kraft paper.

Here, I emulated fine pencil drawing and fountain pen ink drawing, drawn on fine-grain textured paper.

Illustrator

In Illustrator, on top of a pencil drawing, I have drawn with strokes that mimic the Chinese ink drawing.

Blender

Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software tool set.
I used Blender in "Draw mode" to create a "graphite pencil" drawing.
