Hello Steemian! Yesterday my family had the first Winter Hotpot at home. Although the weather was not cold, the recent drop in temperature already drive me into crazy hotpot mood.
Simply ingredients like beaf, fish, mushroom, tofu, soybean roll, squid, dumpling, cheese fishball and vegetable. With chicken soup. Yummy😋
In fact, in the past, people usually enjoy hotpot in the Winter. However, some restaurants started to provide hotpot during Summer time too. When eating out, hotpot maybe a good choice for large group gathering, especially hotpot buffet. People can choose what they want to eat and concentrate at the center of circle table, the pot. Talking to each other while waiting, and of course people like me will keep asking "is it ready for eat? are they done?"
雖然氣溫沒有很低，不過最近轉涼不少，完全進入火鍋模式了。昨晚就在家裡了吃了第一回火鍋。雞湯底，簡單的材料像牛肉、魚、冬菇、豆腐、響鈴、尤魚、水餃、芝士丸和菜。想再吃一次啊😋
以前，人們好像只有在冬天才吃火鍋。後來有些酒樓提供全年火鍋，變成連夏天也在吃的習慣。人多的聚會吃火鍋也是個好選擇，特別是火鍋放題。可以點很多和各人都吃到喜歡的。然後圍在一起聊天，而我通常是不停問「這熟了沒」。
