Embracing history

happiness and misery

whichever one chooses to find.

Land of the lost?

The Holocaust?

Unification?

Assassination?

Perhaps the present is better.

Learn from the past.

Do not dwell within it,

lest you doom yourself to repeat the mistakes.

The future is bright,

especially when I see

such delight

in fostering creativity.
