BBQ on the eve of Christmas Eve

Since I'm the weirdo that do not rest on Christmas (Monday), yet I wanted to have some fun with my friends, so we decided to have a nice BBQ dinner on 23/12, aka the eve of Christmas eve. Also, since we Malaysians like rojak so much, we then decide to threw in some Dongzhi 冬至 (Winter Solstice) flare.

Let's get BURNING

Then I realized that it has been a very long time since I've started a fire. I pile those coal up then light them on fire using some cardboard based fire starter. Being a lazy bump, the manual fanning is substituted by an electric fan, that cool me down at the same time.

The best part of BBQ is of course everybody get to gather around, talk and cook at the same time, so that nobody get left out or missed out the best moments. I'm glad that some of my old pal that gone AWOL showed up this time, so that we can get in touch. The night was warm, maybe it's the fire, but probably it's all also all those laughter, jokes, selfies and burnt chicken wings.

Christmas is always great, and I'm super glad that my friend can make up some time to accommodate my time slot, so that I don't get missed out. SUPER DUPER LOVE YA'LL !!!

Let's get EATING

The perfect combination of vege, meat and fire! Just make you don't burn the house down chicken wings.

OMG these Osmanthus flower Tangyuans 桂花汤圆 (glutinous rice ball plain syrup) are super duper heart warming!

Last but not least, Merry Christmas to all my fellow Steemians!
