Counting down to 2018. It had been a great year with a lot of different exposure and fun in 2017. I will be writing my review for 2017 and also the updated resolution for the coming 2018.
2018将近，你到底还有什么还未完成呢？2017年的我，经历了许许多多有趣且让我成长的事物，值得回味。乘着2018年还未到来，我开始回顾2017年和定制2018年的目标。
Came across @kaylinart post about stop announcing our goals but there is always a yes and no for this.
In my humble opinion, the good things to do this are:
- You get to really think of what you are going to do and write it down. When you do not write it down and 'store' it in your mind, in most cases, we forget. So, it is more to help ourselves to structurize and clarify things, what we going to do next.
- When you announce your resolution, you make people subconsciously aware of that. Most of the time, people will forget about what you wrote anyway :P but there is a tendency that people will offer you with opportunities when they linked it up with your resolution. I always believe there are helpful bunch of people out there :)
- Yes, when we wrote that out, we might think that we already achieved that. Our brain is not that smart after all and gets easily mislead. So, to counter that, why not we make some milestone and reward system for each of our achievement. It has to be rewarding in the first place like buying yourself a good gadget or spend a quality time on vacation, and so on. Make it exciting, then only we will look forward to that.
定制目标有什么好处呢？
- 当你必须写下目标时，就得必须是清晰的，否则无法下笔。那么，这也是个好方法来逼我们好好地去思考2018年要干什么。我相信很多人都会说，哎呀想了就行了吧。我之前也是那么想的，但是很多时候，因为事务繁多，我们很容易地就忘记了。人就是健忘的嘛。
- 在网上宣布你的目标，很多时候，人们看了也就忘记了。毕竟，这是很个人的事情，但是这也让读者的潜意识知道你的目标。这样一来，当读者遇到机会时，有可能他突然回会想起你，然后把机会介绍给你。这其实是不错的投资哦！
- 很多时候，把目标写出来后，那个热血就不见了。所以，我们必须得另外定制一个奖赏机制来让我们有动力迈向目标。比如，可以定个向往已久的旅行，如果完成目标，那就去。很多时候，我们就会为了奖赏，就自然而然地去履行。我本身也是那么地犯贱，没逼到尽头，有时候都不想动。哈哈，这招也真的好使。
So, what are you waiting for?
Well, with these on my mind, I am now crafting my own goals for the exciting 2018. What about you all?
