Hey guys, before we conclude on how YOU can make inner peace with yourself, let’s have a look at what we spoke about last time.
“Do not look for happiness outside yourself. The awakened seek happiness inside.”
― Peter Deunov

Last time we spoke about what is happiness and what is inner peace, where we concluded that happiness can firstly be achieved by getting to know yourself. And that your inner self must be in peace with you!
I also shared with you the initial 4 steps of how to make peace with yourself. Which included:
- Knowing thyself - listening to yourself and being self aware
- Getting to know what do YOU enjoy
- How to make peace with your living space
- Making peace with your profession and your job

Now let’s talk about the next 4 steps:
E) YOUR DAILY INTERACTIONS
“A lifelong learner is a lifelong winner.”
― Matshona Dhliwayo
What you do on a day to day basis is what affects your inner state the most. Sounds obvious, but please give it a deeper thought.
Do you do much physical activity? Do you spend time with your kids? Do you even have kids? How much TV do you watch daily?
Things like physical activity don't have to be going to the gym. Simply walking outside with your dog is a physical activity. Simply taking the bus to the local market is much better for your health than driving to your next door grocery store.
How often do you have great thoughts and then "lose it"? Do you carry a pen and a paper with you? Try doing it, try writing down at least some of the ideas that pop into your head. If you find it hard, use a notepad on your phone or any other similar application.
Try bringing order to your day, but not a time table. I mean an order that you will enjoy. Do daily something you enjoy doing! Daily throw away at least 5 things, this will give you a feeling of inner cleanness (it can be an old piece of paper, or your household rubbish, it can even be a deleted old file on a pc).
Your day has to be enjoyed by YOU!
Don't turn your day into a routine you hate!

F) WHO ARE YOUR FRIENDS / FAMILY
An old quote - "A real friend is not the one that you spend hours talking with, but the one that you can sit with in silence for hours and feel like you just had the best conversation"
Now this is one of the toughest things to realize - but your best friends are your family. They are the once that will care about you if you go to jail or if you end up a cripple (of course we don’t wish that to happen).
Give your parents a call. Take them out for a dinner! Spend time with your better half more often, but him or her something!
Contact your long distance friends more often. Write them an email. Or much better write them a mail, yes a real mail! Do you know your best friends postal address?
Don't surround yourself with pessimists. Give as much back to your friends as you take from them

G) YOU INCOME / SALARY
"Just do it!"
Now a lot of it depends on your profession, or does it?
We are often afraid of new beginnings; it’s in our human nature. We wish to be successful but we are afraid to make a step.
We are taught from young age that money is everything. Well, it plays a huge role in our society. And you can only be in inner peace if you know that you are materially sorted out.
Does it mean you have to earn millions? Probably not! Think for yourself what makes you happy and what you need for it. The kind of happy when you are with your kids...
Each one of us has it in his power to change his life materially wise. If you don’t want to spend hours trying to earn 1000 dollars, then don’t. We all have the opportunity to change it.
To be materially free don’t just spend all the time. Try to think of something as simple as how much you spend on things that you don’t need. How often have you bought an investment? An investment can even be your SP!

H) YOUR DREAMS / YOUR WISHES
“There's no point having wishes if you don't at least try to do them”
― Sally Nicholls
The most important part to understanding yourself is to understand what you want! What do you wish for?
A slight off topic - when I get a new contract i always ask the owner / investor, what is it that he wants me to achieve...
Well, let’s get back to something we already did. Take a pen and a paper again and write down 100 (!) (It has to be 100 and not 99) wishes. They can be realistic or not, but they are your dreams. You might think it’s an easy task, but believe me you will spend far longer than you might think.
Now that YOU have it, do it, achieve it! Each time you achieve one of your dreams, write a new one. That list always has to contain 100.

In conclusion I would like to say that when you do achieve that inner state of peace, you will realize how much it is to live your life. You will stop building castles and you will start to live YOUR life
